I grew up in Staten Island, NY, with my parents and nine brothers and sisters. When I was about 8, we bought a home and moved to Newburgh, NY.

My great Grandma lived with my Aunt, and we called her "Nanny," she was straight from Italy.

She was always trying to feed everyone even after we had just eaten. I remember her making her famous lasagna in the kitchen and watching her put layer after layer together. When it came out of the oven, it would stay perfectly together in a tower of deliciousness. I can still remember the smell of those days gone by with my Nanny.

Jenn believes that Nanny is how I got my love of cooking.

Christmas was and still is my favorite time of year. One of my favorite memories is my parents had these sleigh bells that would come out only at Christmas.

All of us children would have to stay in our beds on Christmas morning until Mom and Dad rang those bells, and then we knew it was time to head downstairs, and Dad would read the account of Jesus' birth, and then we would open gifts.

I am a born-again Christian, and my faith is the most important thing to me. I run the sound system at our church and enjoy mentoring whenever the opportunity arises.

I love to laugh and to make others laugh too! I thrive on completing goals and enjoy trying new things. I take providing for my family very seriously. I enjoy doing still-life photography and cooking.

I work full-time as a Master Sergeant for the Air Force and have a temporary part-time job at UPS to renovate our home.

I love date night with my wife and love it when my daughter wants to watch and to help me fix something and moments we play games and with her dolls and read books before bed.
